A third generation homebuilder, Jeff has followed in the footsteps of his family, building custom homes in West Central Florida. The tradition began in the early 1900s with his grandfather, Cade B. Allen, the developer/builder of Allendale Terrace. This picturesque neighborhood in St. Petersburg bears his name and his legacy of timeless, beautiful homes.

Jeff’s grandfather began the homebuilding tradition and passed his knowledge on to his sons.
